Our missionaries are normal people from all walks of life who have dedicated their lives to serving and following Jesus wherever He calls them. Want to meet them? Check out our Missionary Directory.
Based on 2 Timothy 2:2 our goal is to train others and then send them out into other areas of the world to do likewise. Currently serving as the Associate Executive Dean at the Word of Life Bible Institute in Florida, our goal and purpose is to train up young people to intimately follow Christ. Andy is responsible for most of the day to day administrative responsibilities of the Bible Institute's Extension Campus in Florida. He also has the opportunity to counsel the male students and speak in chapels on a regular basis.
I was born into a home where both of my parents had trusted Jesus Christ as their personal Savior. When I was five years old my great grandmother passed away. Through that event, my dad led me to accept Jesus Christ as my personal Savior. In 1997, I had the opportunity to go on a short-term missions trip to Italy and Israel. It was on that trip that I saw the need around the world for people to go and share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with others. I went forward at the Word of Life Bible Institute Missions Conference in 1999, dedicating myself to doing that very thing.
Both of my parents have received Jesus Christ as their personal Savior, and at the age of 5, they led me to the Lord. When I was in 7th grade I went on a mission trip to Honduras. Half way through the trip I dedicated my life to the Lord and told Him that I would go wherever He wanted me to go, whenever He wanted me. The next year my parents were accepted to be Word of Life Area Missionaries to the Gulf Coast of Florida. I have learned so much through their example being in full-time ministry, and I look forward to serving the Lord with Andy wherever the Lord may lead us.
