Missionaries to El Salvador

Ministry Description

Since arriving in El Salvador in 2003, we have been serving the Lord in the Word of Life El Salvador camp. Our primary ministry is the administration and maintenance of the camp property and overseeing each of the construction projects and work in the property. We also are responsible for logistical support in evangelistic campaigns, dramas, and with groups of Americans visiting with the ministry. As a family we are members of a local church in which we have different ministries of support for the pastor in the general meetings and by giving Bible studies to the congregation. We are carrying forward the youth ministry of the church, which after being prayed for nearly three years, we have started with a beautiful group of about twenty young people who meet every Saturday to study the word of God to transforms their lives. God also gives us the privilege to work with the sisters of the church, by leading the women's ministry and assisting them in their spiritual growth. Another privilege that God has given us is to be able to educate our children at home, which is a great challenge and responsibility.

About Cecy

I was born in a Christian family in Cordoba, Argentina. But it was not until I was 8 years old that I received the Lord Jesus Christ as my personal savior during a Conference that took place in my church. Over the years, my personal relationship with God was not going well and when I was 17 years old He gave the opportunity to go to the Bible Institute. It was then, when I realized how God wanted me to live. While studying my second year there I made the decision to surrender my life to my Lord and serve Him in the place and the way He wanted me. At the Bible Institute I met my husband Marcelo, we married and we were praying for two years to come to serve the Lord in El Salvador and finally He answered our prayer.

Life Verse

Micah 4:5 For all people walk each in the name of his god, But we will walk in the name of the Lord our God Forever and ever.
