Missionaries to Taiwan

Ministry Description

Our goal is to make disciples who make disciples here in Taiwan. We do that through direct relationships with students of our SYME program, and through the development of tools for local churches that want to grow their youth ministry. We spend a lot of time teaching and meeting with individuals with the goal of challenging them to take the next step in their relationship with God and being challenged by them to grow as well!

About Brandon

I first understood salvation when I was four years old. My mother explained in the most basic of terms that there was a deeper punishment for the bad things I had done than I understood. She explained that this punishment would see me separated from God for all eternity but because God loved me, He paid the price of my sin with His own Son. I was very fortunate to have grown up in an environment where I was encouraged to seek after God and His will for my life. When I was a student at the Word of Life: Bible Institute, God really began to make it clear in my mind that missions was the only thing that I could really envision myself doing. I thought back to the time I got to spend in Taiwan during my second year and decided that I would go there to spend some time learning about day-to-day life there and see if this could be a long-term home for me. I decided to come for just four months starting in January of 2020, and now we're still here!

About Brianna

As a child, I believed I had to earn my favor with God. It wasn't until I was 14 that I was able to see that Christ dying on the cross was something he did freely for me. Since then, I have been seeking after the Lord and his will for my life. In high school, I couldn't imagine doing anything other than being on the mission field, sharing God's free grace with others. I'm so grateful that God has allowed me to be a part of his plan in this way by serving in Taiwan.
