Missionaries to Colombia

Ministry Description

We thank God for allowing us to serve in Colombia and for everything we have learned since moving here a few months ago.

We already had many opened doors and ministry opportunities to serve, such as weekend youth camps, leadership training, women's conferences, ministry with children, and several Gospel presentations in schools.

We appreciate your continuous prayers for our ministry in Colombia.

About Eliecer

I was born in Bogota, Colombia, to a middle-class working family that always encouraged me to be respectful and taught me the need for and importance of my studies. Since I was a child, I dreamed of becoming an engineer.

Even though my parents constantly protected me, when I was twelve years old, I went to a friend's house, where he was smoking crack and offered me some. By only trying a little, I got into a world I would have never imagined. Each day, I submerge deeper and deeper into drugs (and almost used them for ten years). After a while, I started to sell them because I needed the money, but the police caught me and sent me to prison.

The biggest miracle happened in the worst place I could ever imagine. My cellmate shared the gospel with me, and I accepted Christ as my Savior. Once I got my freedom back, a Baptist pastor discipled me for three months. He then sent me to Argentina to study at the Bible Institute. After those years, I joined the staff and worked with the youth. It's been almost 30 years since the day I arrived in Argentina.

In 2023, my wife and I decided to return to Colombia to serve God, and that's where we are now.

About Analia

My name is Analia, and I’m from Argentina. I was born in a lovely Christian home that guided me in the ways of the Lord. When I was eight years old, I accepted Jesus as my Savior.

After I finished high school, I went to the Bible Institute. I decided to serve the Lord in ministries with teenagers and children there. I’m a teacher and worked for 22 years in the Christian Missionary School located on the Word of Life Campus.

We have two beautiful children. Sofia (23) and Ramiro (21). I am grateful for the opportunity God has given us to serve Him in Colombia.

Life Verse

"And the Lord will guide you continually and satisfy your desire in scorched places and make your bones strong; and you shall be like a watered garden, like a spring of water, whose waters do not fail." Isaiah 58:11
