About Pablo
My name is Pablo Pérez
I was born on August 16, 1981, from the time I was a boy I attended church and had the opportunity to study in a Christian school. At age 12 I understood the message of salvation and received Jesus as my Savior and was baptized at that age. I have since served in several ministries at my local church. I always knew that God was calling me to serve Him full time but religiosity was hidden in my heart and I refused to obey the voice of God. I began to work to pay my university studies and I graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing in 2004. Despite everything I accomplished something was missing in my life. God kept insisting and finally in 2010 I promised the Lord to be faithful to His calling.
About Amanda
My name is Amanda Reyes
I am 28 years old. I did not have the privilege of being born in a Christian home but my parents had a good education and good moral values.
When I was 8 my parents separated and in my heart this caused me a lot of bitterness and resentment, but at age 12 I began attending a Baptist church with my family. It was there on June 28, 1996 I received Jesus Christ as my personal savior and from that date on the Holy Spirit started changing things in my life that were not good.
In 2001 I met Word of Life El Salvador. I started attending a Bible club after attending a special camp for young people. God began to challenge me putting in my heart the desire to serve Him. In camp I devoted my life to Him to use in His work. At the age of 18, I went to Bible College at the Word of Life in Argentina studying there for three years. It was a time when I received grace, provision and the sovereign will of God for my life but mostly I learned to depend on Him.
Life Verse
Psalm 127:1-3 1 Unless the Lord builds a house, the work of the builders is wasted. Unless the Lord protects a city, guarding it with sentries will do no good. 2 It is useless for you to work so hard from early morning until late at night, anxiously working for food to eat; for God gives rest to his loved ones. 3 Children are a gift from the Lord; they are a reward from him.
