Ministry Description

About Faith

I was born and raised in a loving Christian home where many different cultures influenced my life, as my grandparents were missionaries to Bolivia and my mom's side of the family spoke Spanish. Around the age of five, I fully understood that I was a sinner in need of a Savior from my sins, and I wanted to know for sure that when I died, I would be in heaven with Jesus. So, during one of our family devotion times, I accepted Him as my Savior. As I matured not only in age but also in faith, I became fascinated with missionary stories and the idea of going overseas to a completely different country and culture to share the Gospel. I was planning on going on my first missionary trip to Madagascar in 2020 at the church I was attending at the time, but God had other plans. Through the pandemic, He opened up the doors for me to graduate high school early and attend Word of Life Bible Institute in Hudson, Florida in 2022. It was one of the best years of growth and awareness of the need for the Gospel not only overseas, but also right here in the United States, as Word of Life provided many opportunities to serve our community, whether through hurricane clean up, Reverb, Winter, and Summer Camp. I enjoyed my year at Word of Life so much that I decided to stick around for a second year, and it was during that term the Lord set a passion in me for missions. I had the wonderful opportunity to travel to Romania for my spring Missions Reality trip where we focused on sharing the Gospel through camps and similar events and open-air evangelism on the streets. After graduating from the two-year program at the Bible Institute, I was able to transfer to Faith Baptist Bible College and Theological Seminary in Ankeny, Iowa where I will receive a bachelor's degree in biblical studies in May 2025. Soon after, I am moving to Europe, first to Romania and then to Poland to serve at the Word of Life locations.
