Ministry Description
In January of 2024, I will be joining Word of Life's Missionary team in Portugal as a Cross-Cultural Intern for the next two years! Word of Life's main vision is to reach the youth with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. I will be helping in any way, including youth camps through winter and summer, street evangelism, bible clubs, and local Church ministries. During this, I will be getting discipled learning what God has in store for me to accomplish in his earthly kingdom, and learning how to overcome the challenges to come in a biblical manner.

About Anthony
I grew up in a broken household with my parents fighting daily and eventually separating. Me and my siblings moved in with my grandparents after my parents separated and got us involved in their home church. I was having a rough time processing everything that was going on in my life and on top of that I was being bullied in my school feeling like I had no one in my life that cared for me even though that wasn't true. I remember the day that I accepted Jesus and truly believed, it was during a week's stay at the Word of Life Lodge. I was visiting the Island and got to hear the Gospel, I don't know why but that day I truly understood everything that the speaker was saying and felt the immense love of Jesus Christ. After years of being a lukewarm Christian, I knew it was time to further my relationship with God so I applied for the Bible Institute. In the two years of studying at the Bible Institute God placed a burden on my heart to reach people for Christ and share the love and grace he shows me. After going on the missions reality trip to Taiwan this April God opened my eyes to the need of missionaries not only to share the gospel but to encourage other believers as well.
