Our missionaries are normal people from all walks of life who have dedicated their lives to serving and following Jesus wherever He calls them. Want to meet them? Check out our Missionary Directory.
At Word of Life Mexico, I serve in the area of Local Church Ministries (LCM). In LCM we serve alongside local churches in surrounding cities, where I specifically focus with churches in Mexico City. As a team, we train and follow up with the youth leaders that serve with Bible Clubs in their churches, capacitating them to invest and disciple in young people to their full potential. By God's grace I have this opportunity, and the chance to build relationships and serve others. LCM also works with students of the Word of Life Bible Institute Mexico that serve in these local churches, and serve alongside them as they are being trained during their time of studies here in Mexico.
I accepted Christ at the age of four years old. Having grown up in a Christian home and in the church, I understood that I was a sinner and needed Jesus to be my personal Savior. I am thankful for a Christ-loving family who influenced my life so greatly! At the age of thirteen the Lord called me to "go" as a missionary during a missions conference at my church. As I got older I began to live a double life, growing further away from the Lord. It wasn't until I graduated high school and started taking steps of faith that I realized my salvation is not just about having a Savior but having a relationship with my Savior. I had the privilege of going to Guatemala for three months after high school to help with Word of Life summer camp where God opened the doors to go study at Word of Life Argentina. I was accepted into the Bilingual Bible Program at Word of Life Argentina in 2012, and I graduated from three years in the Bible Institute in Argentina in April, 2016. When finishing my studies in Argentina, I was accepted into a two year "Cross Cultural Internship" with Word of Life. Through the internship I served one year (2017) in Argentina, and year 2018 in Mexico, when I was married to Isaac. I thank the Lord for His grace and mercy, and for the unexpected changes He has done in my life over the years.
