Our missionaries are normal people from all walks of life who have dedicated their lives to serving and following Jesus wherever He calls them. Want to meet them? Check out our Missionary Directory.
The main ministries I am involved in include ministry in the kitchen, as well as serving at Borispol church. There I am involved in different church events and in children's ministry (teaching Sunday school). Also I am involved in evangelism and in counseling the girls that are studying at the Bible Institute.
I was born in Western region of Ukraine to an orthodox family. When I was still very young our family faced difficult circumstances due to which my heart had a grudge against God. When I was 7 my father became a Christian and since then he has been telling me about God and praying for me. Until I was 17 I had no desire to live with God, but testimonies of my dad and other believers influenced me, and I realized that only God can give me comfort and joy, when I receive forgiveness of all my sins. When I was 18 I accepted Jesus into my heart and dedicated my life to God. I realized that I want to live a life that would be devoted to Him and to people. I was grateful to God for His gift of salvation and I realized that there are many people around me that do not know about Him. I did not want to live a selfish life, having hope for myself, but not sharing it with others. I had a great desire to get to know God, to have a good foundation for my life and to prepare for ministry. God sent my way a lady who shared with me how God changed her life at Word of Life Bible Institute. I went there to study in 2005. During the studies God worked in my heart through His servants to help me grow. Also I learned how to pass on those lessons to others through God's Word. During this time and later on, as I volunteered for the mission, I made many decisions that brought me to a conclusion that there is no better life than to be involved in God's work. In 2010 I dedicated my life for full time ministry to God, to reach the young generation of Ukraine with the Gospel of Christ. Right now it's the purpose of my life, which gives me peace and encouragement.
