About Sergio

I was born and raised in a Christian home. At 12 years old I received Christ as my personal Savior. I was baptized in my local church, where my family and I attend today. As a teen I was discipled and it woke up an interest in me for the mission field. I worked and studied everything related to means of communication. God allowed me to accumulate 25 years of experience in different means: radio, newspaper, and television. In 2009, my wife and I decided to leave our mediocre lives and focus on our spiritual growth in order to prepare ourselves for the ministry. After three years studying tin the Word of Life Bible Institute, we were accepted to be a part of the staff there and to serve God with our hearts and lives. Right now I am in charge of the multimedia department at Word of Life, I am involved in the sports ministry, and I collaborate in the area of discipleship of single men and, together with my wife, married students. Since 2015 we are also involved in the organization of events for the married students. In these years God has blessed us in an amazing way. Not only with two beautiful daughters, but also in His care, protection and His promise to nun a leave us. Psalm 34:7 "The angel of the Lord encamped have round bout them that fear him, and deliverers them."

About Rosana

At 11 years old I received Christ as my personal Savior. I was baptized at 15 in my local church and I started to serve the Lord in our Sunday School. I was discipled, which helped me to grow and to become interested in the missionary field. In my late teens I worked and studied at a college, finishing my degree in Psychology. In 2009, the desire to study at the Word of Life Bible Institute arose in my husband and I, so we left our jobs, our home and our families, and in February of 2010 that dream came true. We arrived at the Bible Institute with an almost two year old daughter, and now the Lord has blessed us with another daughter who is actually two, years old now. Today, I am serving in the Preschool teaching the Word of God to the littlest ones. I am also involved in with the discipleship of single female students and the sound system for ladies' meetings. In this year we had the privilege of helping in the organization of married students' meetings. It is a privilege to be collaborating and to be active in His work, as individuals, as a couple, and as a family. "Being confident of this very thing, that he which hath begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ."
