Ministry Description

I have the exciting opportunity to join the team at Palavra Da Vida Portugal as a Cross Cultural Intern for the next two years. These are my personal goals for this internship: (1) further the Gospel through evangelism, (2) help young people to become disciple-making disciples, and (3) learn how my gifts are best used in building God's kingdom. I will seek to fulfill these goals through the many ministries that I willl have the opportunity to get involved in. Those ministries include bible clubs, local church ministry, evangelistic outreach, and camp ministries.

If you would like to hear more about my story, calling, and ministry opportunities, please reach out to me. You can reach out by phone, email, facebook, etc. and I would love to set up a time to meet up so I can share more about what God is doing in my life and in Portugal.

If you would like to stay up to date on my ministry, you can sign up for my monthly newsletter.

You can find my contact information and newsletter signup link if you click on the blue "contact" button.

About Sienna

I grew up going to church all the time, because of that I knew a lot about God and the Bible as a kid. It wasn't until the beginning of middle school that I truly understood the Gospel. I finally understood that I was a sinner and that sin separated me from God giving me the need to accept Jesus as my Savior. I understood that salvation was not just an escape from hell, but it was having a relationship with God. Since then, God has given me so many amazing opportunities to grow in my faith.

While I was in my first year at the Word of Life Bible Institute is when I felt the call to ministry. During missions conference, they gave us the opportunity to make a dedication to be ready for "anything, any time, anywhere" that God would call us. I made that dedication, but at the time I did not know what it would look like. In the spring semester of my second year is when God showed me that to live in obedience to that dedication, I was going to be joining the Cross-Cultural Internship program. Portugal is not the place I expected God would send me, but I am choosing to trust that God has a plan in leading me to Portugal.

Life Verse
