The Word of Life Bible Institute on Jeju Island has a very dynamic student life atmosphere while seeking to develop the spiritual, social, and disciplinary aspects of each student's life. Students spend the year focusing on the Word of God while developing the disciplines needed to succeed in their future ministry or vocation. And we also have fun! This island has everything from hiking up Halla mountain (South Korea's highest peak) to relaxing on the sands of Iho beach; from riding horses to catching sunrises and sunsets over the ocean. There is biking and fishing and jet skiing and snorkeling and scuba diving and ... well you get the picture. This is a beautiful island and that's why more than 5 million tourists came here this past year. At the Word of Life Bible Institute you will also find a staff and faculty that care about your success as an individual as well as your personal growth. Founded in 1940 by Jack Wyrtzen, Word of Life has grown into a world-wide ministry, active in some 60 countries on six continents.
